Local Architects Sought for Project

The focus of this RFQ is to identify design teams that demonstrate the experience and ability to work with a designated architectural firm to develop the business plan and the experience and ability to develop the revised building program, site plan, and schematic design for the Augusta Kroc Center.

An additional contract may be offered to the selected design team for the remaining architectural services depending on the success of this first phase and on approval of the business plan and feasibility study, and thus project funding.
